Billing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes: 14 days, no credit card, with up to 5 competitor stores and 3 followed products each. You're not charged unless you subscribe.
- How am I billed?
- Monthly, in advance, in US dollars, through our payment processor, Stripe. A subscription renews each month until you cancel. Taxes are added where we're required to collect them.
- What if I subscribe during the free trial?
- Starter isn't charged until your trial ends, and the date of your first charge is shown before you confirm. Pro isn't part of the free trial: it's charged when you choose it.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, on the Subscription page in your account. What the change costs, if anything, is shown before you confirm.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and it doesn't renew after that. Payments aren't refunded for part of a period, except where the law requires.
